Ryan Givens
Head Coach
With over 6 years as a professional in the fitness industry and 20 years of high level athletic performance, Ryan brings a very special attribute to coaching: experience. As a former D1 football athlete, 2x national champion, and successful college football coach, Ryan uses his very unique skill set and holistic approach allows him to develop athletes from the inside-out. He is known to bring the energy, expertise, and hustle needed to help others exceed expectations and realize their true potential on the daily.
