MEET THE FOUNDER

Ryan Givens

Head Coach

As the leader of The SiX, Ryan Givens has over 6 years as a professional in the fitness industry and 20 years of high level athletic experience. As a former D1 football athlete, to 2x national champion, to successful college football coach, Ryan's very unique skill set and holistic approach allows him to develop athletes from the inside-out. He is known to bring the energy, expertise, and hustle to help others exceed expectations and realize their true potential on the daily.
